Organic White Wines from Château La Clyde

The nose is flattering and spring-like.
Soft notes of white flowers and Lila.

The palate, on the other hand, is livelier and more mineral, without being overpowering.
Fresh notes of exotic fruit with clear acidity.

The (light) barrel ageing enhances this freshness and accentuates the length.

This length makes it ideal for summer vegetable-based dishes, white grilled meats or a nice plancha (without red meat).

Meals: Carpaccio de noix de saint-jacques, thym citronné et huile d’olive vierge.

Tendu et lumineux, porté par une belle fraîcheur.

Notes florales délicates, finale saline.

Très précis, acidité franche. Vinification et élevage en barrique très court.

Meals: Parfait à l’apéritif, avec des huîtres ou des poissons fins.
