Our vines are cultivated like a big garden.
Ripe fruit harvested by hand.
Vinification is gentle, in temperature-controlled stainless steel barrels.
The wines are matured 30% in new barrels and 70% in one and two-wine barrels.
Parcel-by-parcel selection is maintained until the wine is blended and bottled at Château LA CLYDE.
