At first sight, a very clear colour, a very greedy grenadine nose that tempts you to taste it.
Smell notes of butter and brioche, very smooth.
La bouche y est agréable, les « afficionados » des rosés de Provence, ne seront qu’enchantés en retrouvant cette gourmandise en bouche, peu vineux, qui pourrait très bien convenir pour un apéritif mais aussi bien un repas.
I have some very fresh and convivial food and wine pairings in mind such as sushi, marinated fatty fish, poultry associated with sea food, or simply a fine platter of shellfish.
Grape varieties : 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc & Sauvignon
